CZR Capital, LLC was formed in 2005 as a joint venture of Capital Z Investment Partners ("CZIP") and Reservoir Capital Group to focus on private equity fund sponsorship and related co-investment and direct private equity opportunities. The senior investment professionals of CZR Capital formerly led the day-to-day private equity activities of CZIP in the US, Europe and Asia. CZIP has previously committed approximately $1 billion to 15 sponsored private equity funds around the globe. CZR's professionals continue to oversee these investments for CZIP.

WHAT WE DO
CZR seeks opportunities to partner with world-class private equity professionals throughout North America, Europe and Asia.CZR focuses on fund sponsorship opportunities that require between $50 million and $300 million of anchor investment. CZR also seeks attractive co-investment and direct investment opportunities, which may or may not be associated with fund sponsorship. Deal structures are flexible and can range from the anchoring of a conventional institutional partnership to a sole-LP pledge fund structure in advance of a broader fundraise. As a global firm with professionals in New York and Hong Kong and relationships with funds previously sponsored by CZIP in 9 countries, CZR is well positioned to work with leading private equity professionals around the world. CZR focuses on opportunities where it can form partnerships with market leaders who have a proven record of adding value in their target markets.
